Great Fire of Ropley

This term, Carpenter Bee class have been learning about the Great Fire of London.  This culminated in our Great Fire of Ropley!  The children designed and built their own tudor houses as part of a home learning project, which we used to replicate a street in London.  

There were squeals of delight as we set fire to the houses and watched the flames take hold of the entire street, just as it did in Pudding Lane, all those years ago!
