In the Summer Term 2023 we welcomed Luke Delahunty to school.  Luke is an Invictus Games Champion and specialises in rowing and hand cycling.  The children spent an exciting, high energy afternoon, each taking turns to complete some short circuit activities with Luke.  The afternoon ended with an assembly where Luke told them all a little more about his previous career in the Air Force, how he was injured and what he has achieved despite his injuries. 

The children have been asked to raise some money through sponsorship which will be shared between school and Luke’s charity.
