It is with enormous pride I introduce you to Ropley Church of England Primary School and welcome you to our website. Our school has been serving the local community and providing high-quality education for over 150 years. 

Our vision is for every child to flourish both academically and personally. With so many exceptional independent schools across Hampshire, we strive to ensure our pupils get the same chances in life as in the private sector. We are a small school yet one with huge ambitions.

We are proud to maintain smaller class sizes compared to other state schools; this allows us to produce excellent academic results with the support of our highly-skilled teaching team. Children are taught in individual year groups and there are no mixed-age classes. More importantly, it enables us to stretch and support each pupil as an individual. By enabling our pupils to make considerable academic progress, it helps them to recognise how determination and perseverance are vital attributes in life; this helps to instil confidence as they move onto the next stage of their education. 

Whilst the school's focus is on ensuring children flourish academically, we are proud of how we promote and encourage children to be well-rounded individuals in an ever-changing world. Our Christian values help to develop children's courage, confidence and resilience. Children are actively encouraged to appreciate and love God's world, and to reflect on how they can make lives better for others. As pupils leave Ropley CE Primary, they leave with a deeper understanding of how love, community and courage can support them in life.

As the school's headmaster, I am really excited for the next few years. We are proud to offer our pupils an equivalent offering to that of the independent sector. After all, why should money determine the quality of one's education?
