Welcome to our school!

Ropley C.E primary school is an excellent school with Eco Friendly grounds.  It is a Church of England school set in the heart of a peaceful Hampshire village. We are surrounded by fields and have good facilities on site such as a swimming pool, adventure playground, playcourt and a pond. The school itself was founded in 1826 by William Faichen and has since moved to its current site and has been extended over the years.

All classes have access to the latest technology which is used across the curriculum.   Ropley school has a positive working atmosphere and the children are very hard working. It is a lively and innovative school with friendly staff and parent helpers.  The creative curriculum provides a variety of work to make learning fun. Ropley provides stable learning for your children and adapts to your child’s level of ability as they learn in a friendly environment.

There are two committees that represent the school.  These are the School Council and Eco Committee.  Please contact the school if you would like to know about the work we do.

Rachel and Ed (Year 6 School Council Representatives)

"Pupils are fully included in the decision making process with school councillors being involved in lesson observations and discussions about what makes lessons exciting and learning fun.  As one said "With trust comes freedom, with freedom fun and fun inspires our work"
